The social campaign today is about:

  • the silence;
  • the consequences of the silence;
  • the hope for a change.

This social campaign is about violence against women.

It’s created by the ad agency FCB ArtGroup Almaty for the association Project Schitaetsya, Kazakhstan.

The dark graphics of the visuals correspond with the key messages of the campaign:

  • “Women of any age suffer from domestic violence, but more often, women 50-59 years old experience physical and sexual abuse.”
  • “51% of women kept silent about domestic abuse from their partners. Of those who reported the violence: 8% told the police and only 3% inform the doctor.”
  • “Despite the abundance of physical violence from a partner (16.4%), many women also experience psychological violence (20.8).”
