Motivation is important for every person’s success and determines the level of effort each of us puts into achieving our goals. It can be internal or external.
The internal motivation comes from the personal interests, enjoyment and job satisfaction, while the external motivation is based on external incentives such as rewards, recognition or financial bonuses.
