I know that the self-development of every person depends on his own efforts.
If you expect somebody else, your direct line manager or the company you work for, to take care of you and your development, believe me, you are totally wrong.
There is no shortcut. You have to take care of you and your professional and personal development.
And yes, this is another weekend of a professional training, arranged by me.
