The communication campaign today promotes Toyota’s original parts and reinforces the value of using manufacturer-approved components instead of cheaper non-genuine alternatives.

The main goal of the campaign is to strengthen:

The main creative idea is to demonstrate how one wrong part compromises the whole system. And this is brilliantly illustrated by using traditional Japanese origami with material inconsistency as a metaphor for demonstrating that when a single component doesn’t belong the integrity of the entire product is disrupted.

And all this is wrapped with the key message of the campaign: “When one part feels out of place, everything does. Original materials matter. Choose Toyota genuine parts.”
