Reading a book is modern

In the time, when there are so many screens around us, it is a rare view to see people reading books.

And here comes the communication campaign, developed by some students from the Miami Ad School, which decided to use the subway for popularizing the idea of reading books. What did they make?

They put posters with book titles and barcodes, which after their scanning lead to a 10-page preview of the respective book. After the end of the preview to readers is provided information for the location of the nearest library, where they could find the book.

It’s a brilliant social campaign with really clever use of a location, clear message, wonderful call to action, modern communication approach and style.

And here are some of the visualizations.

Green, green grass

There are so many buildings around us, that seeing a park with a grass and trees is a kind of a wonder nowadays. The bad news are, that there are always new buildings, but the number of the parks is getting lower.

That’s why the social communication campaigns and projects about this case are among my favorite ones. One of them is the project, developed by 4 students at the Dalhousie University of Architecture in Nova Scotia. This is a project about the missing green spaces in the cities – a wheel with a grass, which is moved by a walking man in it.

Isn’t it sad, that walking on a green grass is already a kind of privilege?

Enjoy the visualization of the project!

Joaquin Phoenix in PETA ad

peta logo1 great actor ( Joaquin Phoenix) and a very strong creative concept (by PETA) could create a wonder.

A proof that you don’t need an enormous budget to deliver an “enormous” message.

See the PETA ad “Go vegan” and think about it!

Have a great day,

An adorable ad

Yes, this ad is one of the adorable ads – the message is clear, the visual simple, the idea pure. These three things are a result of knowing the answers of the questions “How much?” and “Which way?”.

The ad below is for the Le Befane Shopping Centre and it’s developed by “Touché” ad agency/ Bologna, Italy.

Enjoy it!

Say more with less

And another example of how important is to say more with less.

This is the ad of Clearblue – a brand of pregnancy tests. The transformation of the question mark is representing the transformation of uncertainty to its answer. It’s so good, that I could scream!

Enjoy it!
