Replace
Years ago when I started my professional career a colleague of mine, who I respect very much, once told me that in the field of business there is no place for ego.
The reality showed me later how much truth was there in these words, as I’ve saw how many problems in fact are created because of someone’s ego to show that there is no better one than this person and this person is somehow the “queen of the world” and the world could not exist without her.
The fact is that refusing to act because someone’s feelings might get hurt means feelings run your organization.
So lets replace these feelings with:
- the common goal;
- looking in one direction as a team;
- and positive vibes and environment.
Be inspired and don’t forget to use your wings to fly!
