What you have to do to be a winner?
I wish I could ask these questions in a room full of people, so that to hear their opinions. For sure there will be many opinions – each of them different and each of them true. But the summary of these opinions will consist 4 words: you must stand out.
And what it takes to stand out?
- First advice: don’t be quiet – being quiet is not a winning strategy.
- Second advice: just being noticed is not enough – you have to fascinate others.
- Third advice: don’t try just to be better – try to become more and more yourself, because this is your advantage. Use it!
So many people want to be better. Don’t be one of many.
