- This leads to creation of generic and impersonal messages, as well as ineffective content.
- It hinders the selection of appropriate communication channels.
- It risks marketing budgets being spent with no tangible results.
When I’ve asked weeks ago a marketing specialist what is the main target of her communication campaign, the answer was “everybody”. This kind of answers are the worst ones, because they lead to the worst end results of the respective communication campaigns, reflecting negatively on the sales.
