KFC “Out-door” campaign
You know how predictable usually are the OOH campaigns – there are different type of billboards with different sizes, which wait to be filled with the respective key visual of another advertising campaign.
But how wonderful will it be to break the status quo!
And KFC did it with their last OOH campaign, by using not billboards, but… DOORS.
Yes!
KFC removed the doors from its restaurants and turned them into disruptive eye-catching door installations as part of their OOH campaign, spreading the message that they are already non-stop open 24/ 7.
Each removed door is transformed into OOH installation, with written on it key message of the campaign: “Who needs doors if you’re always open?“
Apart from this, on the door installations are positioned QR codes for a free product at nearby non-stop working KFC restaurant.
This outstanding campaign is developed by TBWA\ RAAD for KFC in United Arab Emirates.
And here are the door-installations.
Enjoy!
