Who are the biggest rockstars of all times?
“Rolling Stone” magazine is giving the answer to this question in a “rocking” way with its communication campaign, created by ad agency VMLY&R (MA), Milan.
And the answer is: the biggest rockstars of all times are the mothers.
This communication campaign is presenting the life of these heroes as it is – full with emotions, different situations as well as a lack of lots of life events in the name of love.
The campaign is bold, raw, authentic and non-standard.
The key message of the campaign is: “Here’s to the one true rockstar of the year. Your mama.”
And additionally to the key message of the campaign, on each key visual is written a description of a concrete “rocking” real life situation of everyday life of these rockstars.
The key visuals of the campaign are logically black and white – as the life of the real rockstars.
