AI taking jobs

So I can play

The main goal of this cause-driven communication campaign is to raise awareness about the child labor and to reinforce UNICEF’s role in protecting children’s rights.

The campaign cleverly links a future-oriented topic (AI automation) with a persistent social problem (child labor).

The creative approach is interesting as it does not merely show a child labor and ask for sympathy. Instead, it hijacks one of the most discussed topics of our time — AI replacing jobs. The main idea is that the technology should replace exploitative labor, not childhood.

And yes, most adults fear losing their jobs, while some children wish they could.

The campaign reframes this topic through the perspective of the children whose “jobs” should never have existed in the first place.

And here are the key visuals.
