This year is the 25th anniversary of the Pantone Color of the Year program.
Having in mind this, Pantone has announced “2024 Color of the Year” and it is “Peach Fuzz” (PANTONE 13-1023).
Leigh Hunt once said, that the colors are the smiles of the nature.
And “2024 Color of the Year” is this kind of a smile, which highlights the desire for:
- well-being
- compassion
- closeness.
“The romantic color’s name (“Peach Fuzz”) reflects the tactile sensuality associated with the hue: velvety peaches, soft marabou feathers, and smooth vintage satins and silks all come to mind when thinking about the pink and orange combo.” (TIME magazine)
