No matter how good your in-store presence is, if you haven’t win the customer outside the store, the chances in-store to win him are not so big.
In-store presence has to upgrade your out of store presence, not to replace it.
This is the reason why each marketing activity outside the store is so important.
Even the way your entrance looks.
